Well.. let's just say I was NOT impressed with the number on the scale this morning. Its the highest its been since I reached goal.

Yea, I can make excuses (getting ready for TOM, holding masses amount of water, haven't gone BM in a few days) but still.... I made myself get on it anyway... can't ignore it, it won't go away that way... so I'm being accountable.

131 last week, 134 today.

HW-218/SW-208/CW-126/ Lowest Weight-121/Goal-125 - hit 8/23/09/Height-5'3"

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.
90+/- pounds lost BMI - 24 or so
Starting BMI between 35 and 40ish?

Well after asking which scale to believe I am going with my home scale, it is the one I see every day and you know, screw the Drs! I am HEALTHY and BEAUTIFUL as I am.. That being said I had thought I failed at a 5 DPT but in fact see I did not....DRUMM ROLL PLEASE.....
