Even if you're stressed out you shouldn't eat half a can of honey roasted macadamia nuts

First time I have gotten sick after surgery.  Not paying attention, resulting in laying in bed last night for hours, hurting.  Just waiting for gravity to take over. UGH!

Hope you feel better today.   If that is the first time since your surgery, you are doing good!!

I'm feeling much better today, but my pouch is kind of tender.  The only thing I seem to suffer at thist time, besides forever stalling (which things like nuts, etc., doesn't help) is low blood surgar if I don't eat something every 4 hours.  I also can't drink real cold water, and I'm more *****y than I used to be, but I just tell my dh to deal with it

Sue

Glad you're feeling better.  It can happen to anyone when you don't pay attention.

I guess you'll be paying close attention for a while now.

Take care

You silly Goose!!  Sorry you had to go through that, but I had to giggle because it reminded me of when I have done the same sort of thing.

May I suggest an item that has helped me a lot when something hits my stomach wrong?

for times like those...  They help!

And, it was very coincidental that I happened to run across this out of the blue tonight and and I thought of what you said about your blood sugar.  It's only 52 seconds long and I hope it'll make you feel better.
