I was just reading some of the board posts and there are a few LW's that need some Prayers and (((HUGS))). Please take some time to give them a little shout out.

YEAH for you for not having cookies yet!!!!! Avoid cookies and sweets as long as you can!! They aren't necessary and can get you in trouble! The cookie was delicious but now I have to watch what I eat the rest of the day so I don't have a craving for sweets. Sweets are my downfall.
I'm not a breakfast eater but I love my Mint Chocolate Protein drink on the way to work. I guess that's how most of our posters feel about their coffee.

I'm late posting tonight. LOL- Your breakfast sounds like something I would eat!! I've been looking up low carb cookie recipes and going to bake some this weekend with the Almond flour I bought or some other type if I find it this weekend at Publix.
