Good Morning. This is going to take some planning and prep

Things are moving along on the new job front and I've been thinking about how to manage my morning rituals and bedtime prep. So, I get as much of my protein coffee ready for the next morning as I can the night before and I'm thinking I can freeze my protein shake liquid in a blender bottle and have it thawed and ready for powder at work the next day by lunchtime. Pre-commute poop time is going to have to be scheduled and accomplished with little or no room for error. Yikes! I think that part has me worried the most...that and gas control on the commute home in the carpool. I keep telling myself this is for job security and our house payment. Oh, Lord, help!

Good luck with your new schedule Gina.  I gave up on the Poop schedule a long time ago-LOL!! 
Some days I hate to be in the car with just myself - especially if I eat cookies....

Got to travel today for interviews for a postition we have open.  Hope to get back on after lunch.

I go through routine changes all the time - and it's not always a good thing...

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it.  Took 8 months. 
90+/- pounds lost

The guys over in the building are working hard to get me over there. I submitted my DD Form 214 as a final piece of info they need. We'll see...

OMG! We all worry about the same things!!! The poop schedule and gassy assy! . I just thought the other day if I get the offer and have to be there earlier than the bus picks up it will mess up my schedule AND they only have one bathroom. Lysol aisle here I come!!!

I brush my teeth, wash my face and put some make up while I'm on the toilet. I need to start putting my earrings in the bathroom (in a box or else I'll lose one), so I can be putting those in.

If you're not doing any of those things then you might want to give one of them a try. I have a plastic bowl in my bathroom so I can spit the toothpaste into (I also take up a bottle of water up with me at night and use a little for my teeth).

Even with that my bathroom routine takes me longer than before!!

It's funny how so many of us relate to this! I've always been a 'bit' compulsive about my routine and rituals but I'm even more so now.  I've even told my husband in the mornings to get out of my way and don't talk to me while I'm trying to get my protein ready to drink on the way to work and make sure I have everything for my lunch and snacks for the day.  And then of course there is the poop thing. I'm lucky at work because there are only two females on my floor and the other one works for me. I think she keeps an eye out and doesn't go down the hall at the same time as me....thank goodness for room fresheners!
