Sunday Weigh In
Now once you do make goal do two things
1) LET US KNOW!
2) don't stop...you aren't a year out yet and need to let your body keep going til it is ready to stop.

I totally understand the carb battle. Very easy to eat those esp when bored.

It is funny how some stay, but I bounce around within a 4-5 pound range all the time. I hardly ever weigh the same thing two mornings in a row.
Day late because I didn't have my scales in Florida yesterday morning and I'm not willing to weigh in the afternoon - LOL!!
Last Sunday 125.5
Today 126.5
+ 1 pound.
I'm ok with that because I had a great weekend at the beach and enjoyed myself thoroughly!!
Back at it today though and back on plan.
