Nikki, you are doing great...slow downs happen to all of us. It's nice that the doc thinks you are ahead.

Thanks Liz, it's still hard to believe 150's... It still seems like a trick. I'm learning everyday.

Okay, but it''s still down. And a stall is typically one that lasts about 3/4 weeks...just catching a breath is what happens when we slow down for a week or so. It's like our bodies have to decide if we are serious or not.

It's just having one failed WLS, it's a very real fear for me. Don't know if I'll be able to weigh/post next weekend, as I'm off to Spain. I'll try and be good and it'll be interesting to see what a holiday does to my loss.

I can understand your fear. Maybe we have had only one surgery but most of us have spent a lifetime dieting...one failed diet after another...our brain is saying, what makes this one any different?

Have a good holiday...I would love to go to Spain someday.

Thanks, I'm looking forward to the break. It's only a 2.5 hour flight from London.

BTW my loss this time is really odd - it's up and down during the week. Sometimes gaining 1-1.5lbs. When I lost with WW I either lost or stayed the same, no up and down. That's why I try and not weigh every day. This is a weird roller coaster!!
