M I did 5,700 steps which given the weather and me barely going out could be worse, could be better too, I know exercise is good for bone density - I'm struggling getting going. I can be a real workout freak when I get into it (I did a couple of hours a day when I was doing WW).
We'll see how I do when I go to Egypt (I'm flying out this weekend). I'm not sure if I'll manage to post much on bites and vites for the week I'm there. I'm sure I'll still look in though.
