WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Sorry I missed posting yesterday, but from what I remember (it's a long time ago!! mail), it was pretty much the same as the day before.  Anyway here goes:

 

B1 2 eggs w grated cheese 25
B2 Greek yogurt & blackberries 18

L Crispy duck (no pancakes) 30

M I did 5,700 steps which given the weather and me barely going out could be worse, could be better too, I know exercise is good for bone density - I'm struggling getting going.  I can be a real workout freak when I get into it (I did a couple of hours a day when I was doing WW).

We'll see how I do when I go to Egypt (I'm flying out this weekend).  I'm not sure if I'll manage to post much on bites and vites for the week I'm there.  I'm sure I'll still look in though.

Yea, I got my Syntrax order-much easier to get the protein and fluids in now!!

Thought that DH was going to get to come home but they decided to keep him to run another test.  Eating is easier in ways and harder in others.
