Ordered Protein yesterday...WOW it seems to go faster than it use to. I think I drink more of it than what I post. I really don't drink much other than my Protein drinks.

I love my protein too :) in fact we shared breakfast this morning! I'm down to 2 shakes a day, I usually blend them with ice, but hello, winter, so i'm on an herbal tea kick instead.

The sun has finally come out here and it has warmed up a little. I'm headed out with the dogs in a little while. Took DH to PT and he was disappointed they still won't let him drive but maybe next week.
