Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!

Ordered Protein yesterday...WOW it seems to go faster than it use to.  I think I drink more of it than what I post.  I really don't drink much other than my Protein drinks.

I love my protein too :) in fact we shared breakfast this morning! I'm down to 2 shakes a day, I usually blend them with ice, but hello, winter, so i'm on an herbal tea kick instead.

BreakfastProtein: Mint Cookie

Breakfast: Focus28 Toffee Pudding with 1/2 serving of Kay's Honey Almond Cereal

Lunch: Quest Apple Pie Bar

Snack: Proti-Thin Crispy Chocolatey Treat

Protein: Syntrax Orange

Dinner: Salmon with Orange Cauliflower

Snack: Chocolate Drizzles

Vitamins: the usual

Totals: Calories: 1000, Fat: 36gm, Carbs: 88gm, Fiber: 31gm, Sugar: 25gm, Protein: 103gm

 7/18/10: 211lbs, 10/16/10: 174 lbs, 1/21/11: 146 lbs, 4/20/11: 131 lbs. Insulin FREE since 7/2010, "normal" BMI since 12/2010. I'm 31, 5'5", happily married, with a fabulous 3 year old boy, and hope to add to our family in the near future

I tried the Soy cereals and snacks early out and they made me so sick.  I wonder if they would effect me as bad now.

I've never had a problem with the cereals, but I don't dump and I don't use milk with them, just dry or in cottage cheese or yogurt or protein pudding, i love them lots, mostly cuz i love crunchy

Honey is cooking the salmon tonight, his is always extra yummy, i can't wait to be home!!

The sun has finally come out here and it has warmed up a little.  I'm headed out with the dogs in a little while.  Took DH to PT and he was disappointed they still won't let him drive but maybe next week.
