WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!

Farrier coming today to do all the ponies/donkey feet. Then Chili's new family is coming to pick him up. He hasn't been able to stay sound and seems like he won't be able to hold up to being a competition pony. I have a friend who was looking for a small pony for her grandchildren so he will go live there. He will still be mine but on assignment. I love that pony but he needs a job instead of just hanging out here. So he will go to be loved on and pampered with a new family. Sad, but I know it is what I need to do.

Honey and I cleaned up a bit last night with plans to prep food tonight, I think it'll go smoothly even though we'll have waaaay too many left overs
We're making a turkey, cauliflower/delicata squash/ baby spinach side dish, a butternut squash/granny smith apple/feta dish, tri-colored quinoa, twice baked buttnernut squash (with butter and walnuts), he's doing a sweet potato/whisky casserole (for them, not me), and we've got a baked apple/pear cinnamony dessert in the dream stages. Should be exceptionally tasty
For today though, sticking to the plan!
