WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

We haven't tried the meat yet.  I shopped ALL last weekend so I'm hoping this weekend we can fry some up.

Cold here but I've gotten some stuff done inside.  Rode Poppy yesterday for the first time since my eye surgery and hope it will be warm enough to ride tomorrow before I get the other one done and am on no exercise again.  Went to a baby shower but didn't eat cake, just bbque meat and a few onion rings.  Yum.

I bet Poppy was so happy!

I had a couple of onion rings Saturday evening and they were so good.   They were only $1.00 extra when added to my order of plain meatloaf on a plate so I didn't mind throwing the rest away.

Hope you got a lot of shopping done Roz.  I got my decorations up today.  No shopping for me.  Kids and DGD's are not getting much since the Disney trip was most of their Christmas.

I'm catching up on posts today and you answered my question from the last post I wrote on.  My families lists are slowing coming in.  Our 13 DGD wants to have permission to text boys...LOL.She must think I will talk her Mom into it....NOT!
