At 4:00 pm yesterday I realized that I had not eaten all day except for a one bite sample at the steak shop that they were handing out. My girls always tease me that if I walk past 3 times that would be a whole meal me me...LOL. I did have 3 Protein Drinks though.

Glad you got your protein in even if you weren't eating. I find when I don't eat, I may be hungry for a little while then it just goes away. It's another beautiful day here and I am trying to work because the house is quiet with the guys gone to Special Olympics bowling tourn. I will sneak out at some point and ride Poppy, even if I am not suppose to yet.
