Super busy at work today! I hate when the 1st of the month is on a weekend. It's as though I start the week already behind.
I stayed up late last night and made Salmon Cakes and Flourless PB cookies.

I pre-boiled the shrimp in a pot of spicy water. I really need to buy some Old Bay seasoning... I made 2 cans of Campbell's Cream of Shrimp soup and just added the pre-cooked shrimp once the soup started getting warm. Turned out great and was great change up for my DH and Son#2. Actually, more shrimp than soup.

Regain 30 lbs from 2012 to 2016 - got back on track and lost it. Took 8 months.

Ended up working 14 and 1/2 hours yesterday, glad I had packed some protein, it was a rough day.
