WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!

Super busy at work today!  I hate when the 1st of the month is on a weekend.  It's as though I start the week already behind.

I stayed up late last night and made Salmon Cakes and Flourless PB cookies.

I made Pizza Chips last night to eat on this week.  I haven't finished last month at work yet so can't even start on this month!!

MENU: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and protein coffee (30g)
S - popcorn
S - JayRobb bar
L - protein shake (30g)
​S - NutThins and 2 babybel cheese rounds
D - cream of shrimp soup with about 2 pounds of extra shrimp added to the pot
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
calcium batches: done
omega 3: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting in a few

MILES:
stuck to an online meeting all day  {sigh}

Gina, did you make the cream of shrimp soup?  Sounds good will you post the recipe and directions?

I pre-boiled the shrimp in a pot of spicy water. I really need to buy some Old Bay seasoning... I made 2 cans of Campbell's Cream of Shrimp soup and just added the pre-cooked shrimp once the soup started getting warm. Turned out great and was great change up for my DH and Son#2. Actually, more shrimp than soup. broken heart

Ended up working 14 and 1/2 hours yesterday, glad I had packed some protein, it was a rough day.

B protein coffee 27g

S quest bar 20g

S 4 small squares of grahams with some peanut butter

L premiere shake 30g

D chicken thigh and some curried lentils

S handful of grapes

Vites got about half in

fluids 48 oz

Miles ran like a fool a work all day!
