WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Hi Roz,

Trying to get caught up on some stuff at work today.  We have the Fire Dept. Christmas party tonight.  Neither of our DGD's are going, but there will be plenty of other kids there to sit in Santa's lap!!

work, work, work.  Meeting at 6, 1 hr away screws up supper plans.  I did decide to go to Ky tomorrow to pick up the new pony instead of waiting until the weekend which was why I had to get stuff done here.
