WOW...the weekend is almost here. I don't think I have recouped from last weekend yet. I've been staying up really late and shopping on-line for my long list that I haven't been able to find in the stores.
My scales are holding steady at 118. I think it must be my winter weight.

My restriction has been just awesome for the past several weeks. I've lost a few pounds, and its just because I'm not eating much. Our tools are amazing things and still work 4 years later!
B - coffee and a Smart Ones breakfast meal
