Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!

CAN SOMEONE DO M&m TOMORROW MORNING?????  We have an all day competition tomorrow and since we are taking 12 teams  we have to be there all day.

WOW...the weekend is almost here.  I don't think I have recouped from last weekend yet.  I've been staying up really late and shopping on-line for my long list that I haven't been able to find in the stores. 

My scales are holding steady at 118.  I think it must be my winter weight.

Hi Roz!  I think Huneypie spoke for tomorrow!

My restriction has been just awesome for the past several weeks.  I've lost a few pounds, and its just because I'm not eating much.  Our tools are amazing things and still work 4 years later!

B - coffee and a Smart Ones breakfast meal

S - 2 cheese sticks

L - chicken wings w/ranch dressing

D - some calamari, creamed spinach and about 6pieces of steak
