Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!     

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!

I'm a very bummed today.  I would love a piece of good chocolate but my protein drink is going to have to handle the urge.  I know I'm just tired and run down from such a long couple of weeks of shopping and the cheer comp.  Fortunately for the women at work I don't get moody or grumpy at work but my DH better be on his best behavior tonight.

Snack:      4 Saltines (best carbs I could find)
Lunch:      2  Meatballs
Protein:     Syntrax Lemon Tea  23g:     
Snack:      Cheese Stick
Dinner:      Hopefully DH will plan something or he might just have to starve

Snack:      100 calorie Popcorn

DH brought home some chocolate but I'm not going anywhere near as it's all milk powder and I just cannot touch stuff.  It does evil things to my insides (yes bad gas).

You had a tiny lunch - you must have a teeny pouch or a will of steel (or both).  I can't believe how hungry I've been getting the last couple of weeks... I think it's making it to a healthy BMI that's caused this.  This happened to me when I did WW too and then bam - hunger!!  I can't touch muffins at least and I can only do a little dark chocolate so I'm hopeful this time round.  I think I have to mix things up a bit as I'm getting bored with everything (maybe go out to a restaurant sometime).

Actually I'm not bored of pistachios, tiramisu, creamcheese pancakes.  Must make a huge batch of pancakes on the weekend (they're very time consuming to make each one though).  I'm still longing for a banana and may crack very soon. ;)

I don't eat much at a time but I eat every few hours.  I eat a banana every once in awhile but it always seems to upset my tummy. Scrambled eggs always get stuck when I eat them.  You would think that they would go down really easy.  I wonder if I put cheese on them if they would slide down better.

I drove Halley, the new pony again today.  She is getting better each time.  I also heard from the folks who have Chili.  He was a super star this past weekend with his new little people.  I'm so happy.

Tonight is our agency Christmas party.  I'm taking chicken so there will be something ok but I will have a bite or 2 of deserts too, I'm sure.  I've done well today so it won't kill me.

Well, I know for sure I haven't been keeping up the posts lately.  I don't know Chilli moved and I didn't know about Halley. I've got to find time to go back and read them all.

I hope you had fun at your party!  DH's work party is tomorrow evening. They have it at a bar where everything is fried in grease.  DH and I don't drink so we don't stay very long.

I had really bad cravings all day today.  I think it was because I ate some things at our Sunday school Christmas party last night that just made me want more!!  I haven't given in yet today - I probably just need to get up and go on to bed....

That happens to me too.  It sometimes takes a couple of days of really watching every single bite that I take to get rid of the cravings.

Lunch was out at Famous Dave's for my supervisor's birthday. I had checked out the menu online yesterday and knew they were bringing cake so picked something small and not fried. I ate verrry slowly and was actually pretty satisfied by the potato salad and then my small peice of cake.
