I'm headed back to Zumba today for the first time since my cataract surgeries. I am sore from my trail ride yesterday but I have to get back in the exercise mode.

My menu looks almost identical to yesterday's he, he (not quite identical but very close). My cough's almost gone, I just hope it doesn't start back up at work on Monday! ;-)

We had to take DGD#2 to the doctor today. Sinus & ear infection. I did not eat lunch until about 3:30 so I'm saying that was a late lunch, early supper.
