Happy 3 year Surgiversary to me!
A reflective day for me. I don't like looking at past photos. But I will say I like looking at how my thinking has changed so much. I . am so thankful I had this opportunity in my life. I never would of dreamed of maintaining weight! It amazes me still. I have maintained 125-130. Five pounds that I seem to flex once a month. My goal weight was 135. I am 5'1". I still can't drink milk, can't eat fatty foods, and struggle with reactive hypogylycemia. I know what to do to not have the symtoms that slow me down.
I am off to have a protein coffee ~ It will taste more special today.
Thank You Obesity help for being there always for a check-in.
Danielle
