Hi Everyone! Roz asked me to post M&M for her today - so here goes!
I'm working from home today and heading back to MI tomorrow for the holidays - I can't WAIT!! I'm ready to love and squeeze those grandbabies.
My eating has been pretty bad and I'm trying to get back on track. I had lost a few pounds last month, and gained them back this month. Not good.
I'll come back and update as I refine my menu for the day.
B - coffee then 1 egg and 3 pieces of bacon. 1 piece of wheat bread w/butter

I didn't realize how much sugar I'm getting from my iron! :-S I guess it's better than getting infusions though or having the syrup with maltitol (that sweetener is EVIL!!), as I get up to use the bathroom at night anyway, just a shame it'll slow my loss :-(

Hope you have a great trip home and get lots of squeezing in!! I'm off work today had to have a colonoscopy. Everything went great. Made DH take me out to lunch after it was finished. I was starving.
