Ran 6 miles Sunday and 4 miles yesterday. Will run again tomorrow morning.

Breakfast: 4 oz water with one packet TRUE LEMON and a little stevia
Lunch: one can campbells beef barley soup with veggies
Dinner: mexican restaurant. chips, salsa, green salad (no dressing,) 1/2 chicken chimichanga, beans, rice, quac, sour cream.
snack: 1/2 schwans ice cream sandwich
approx 50oz water, one cup black tea with splenda.

Do you have any idea how much Protein you've gotten in?
Have you had your surgery yet? What surgery did you have and when?
Please don't take offense to this....Flintstones vitamins are NOT the way to go.

I have difficulty getting enough protein. My husband does the cooking but only makes starchy or fatty stuff! (today's dinner, mac and cheese. Yesterday- fried chicken!) I stopped preparing meals after RNY surgery 1/16/12. Started at size 22, now size 2.
I agree about flinstones vitamins! They don't seem to do much at all, but I can't afford to buy something else right now so I take what I have. I am FREEZING all the time, have muscle cramps and spasms most days, haven't slept through the night once since surgery (didn't before either though.) I wake up SOAKED in sweat every night. I'm 45 so I thought it might be menopause, but after some research I think I just have vitamin/mineral/protein deficiency.

BB 1/2 costco energy shot
B: very warm water with a packet of TRUE LEMON and some stevia
L: can of progresso light pot roast soup
S: schwans ice cream sandwich
S: Pumpkin seed/cashew clusters from costco (I'm going to miss these when they stop making them!)
D: 1/2 cup Kraft mac & cheese
2 flintstones vitamins, one iron supplement.
