Glad I am home today too, its been a rough 3 days at work. Especially yesterday when the tray of middle eastern pastry arrived, glad I am a dumper, had a little piece of baklava only.

brown rice , frozen peas , chicken stock , fat free milk , butterbuds and coconut extract ... and biryani spices - yum! Having a bt of a difficult time geting anything down which is fine since i'm fat and have plenty stored to draw on lol.
