2. Yes, since I started taking my vites I've only ever skipped one dose of zinc (I do it twice a day)

All vites a go! When I work I pop out the pill holder for that day and take it to work and keep it in my scrub pocket.

1. Got them all in yesterday

2. Got them all in so far today - only 2 more to go tonight

3. I sort them a week at a time and just take out what I need to take that day. I put my calcium in a small zip lock bag and take with me to work to take during the day.
