Hello to all of our Lightweights!!!  If you are visiting WELCOME....PLEASE JOIN US and POST!!!!!    Besides my tool,  I count  Posting on the LW board as my #1 reason for being successful on this exciting journey!!!!

WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!!   AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!!  THEY ARE ADDICTING!!  THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!!  THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!

Thanks for doing M&M yesterday Jody!!  I actually had internet yesterday at the comp but I my mind was in  "Cheer Mode" ...LOL     I did not do good with my eats yesterday.   I did have 3 Protein drinks but I also had a small bag of chips, a hot dog with bun, and shared a Pretzel with DH.  Then we went out after the comp and I had steak/shrimp at Applebees but ate a 1/2 of a fried Pretzel stick and a few chips.  BAD Carb Day and the scales are at the top of my range this morning.

Tomorrow morning we get a new Grandson!!!   Super Excited!!!   I have a bad sinus headache this morning and I'm hoping it clears up so I will be allowed in the room.

All the best for the baby and your sinus.  I was on an Android last week and the mouse kept losing focus every couple of words (and no I didn't put my finger on the trackpad) plus it was really slow so I did minimal posting.

I had a pretty good week last week, +120g most days.  Today I started out strong but lost it when I got back home! :-(

You're welcome Roz - and congrats on the new baby!  How exciting!

You'll get back to routine and on track... just the way you are.

B - coffee and went out- OMG they had a buffet - while I didn't eat a lot, I did indulge in some creamy stuff and an egg benedict (not the muffin somuch)

L - nothing (late breakfast)

S - Grande skinny peppermint mocha from Starbucks

D - Longhorn Steakhouse - had the Ribeye - actually split it.  I had about a 4oz portion - perfect size!  I also had a salad with dressing and a few bites of their sweet potato bites - didn't care for them - they had something sweet on them.  I felt very comfy walking out.  Oh - I did have a few bites of their wheat rolls.

Vits:  yes

WAter:  did ok today
