Yay for Roz - I hope everything went well. Don't talk about M&Ms though - if they didn't have milk powder in them I'd be all over them, justifying them as a source of protein!! I found some dark chocolate covered almonds on my last day in Spain and the chocolate didn't have milk powder... I'm just glad I only found them on my last day.

Your menu sounds yummy!
I'm not a big chocolate/sweet person - but put some potato chips in front of me and - WATCH OUT! I've done very well with resisting the temptation to buy junk for quite awhile now, as that is what got me back off track at the beginning of December..

I had a horrible food day yesterday and even chose to go to a birthday party (more food) instead of going to Zumba. But I am back on track today with an almost no carb day and am headed to muscle pump this afternoon. I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel with my accreditation process. It will be over on Fri.

Glad the accreditation is almost over - that must be a huge relief for you.
Sounds like you're back on track - now it's time for me to have my 2nd protein hot chocolate - I'm really liking them especially in this cold weather.
