WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Baby Grandson and DD get to go home today. Her Iron level is still low so she has to take sever iron supplements, prenatal vitamin, and get rechecked next week. She is pretty weak. The baby's Jaundice levels were better today.

I think you are doing a good job. When I do feel the need to tally everything I go by percentages rather than totals. What totals are you trying to get too? A lot of your carbs are good carbs....veggies, fruit, and cottage cheese.

Hey Roz - hope DD can get her iron up. I know I'm real tired and sluggish when mine's down.
Well - since I've been good about my protein drinks and calcium again, I'm all plugged up. Didn't have that problem before...
I have some of that 100 calorie popcorn and it's not popping well - it's burning... I've tried several bags and they're all doing it - AND I bought 2 boxes of them. It's a name brand too.
B - coffee
S - protein hot chocolate
L - smart ones dinner and a protein pudding (think it's the culprit for the gas I'm having)

I took a rest from my supplements for a couple of weeks because I wanted to get a good reading of how my labs might turn out and it was no nice to be able to go to the bathroom without straining. I started back on them and within 3 days I was in constant discomfort again. The only advantage of not being able to go is that it makes me feel full. I'm taking everything but the multi vitamin now and I'm feeling a lot better.My Protein drinks don't seem to bother me. Maybe it's the lack of grease or sugar you are taking in.
I cook mine at 2.30 minutes but I have an old microwave. You probably just need to cut down the time.
I have terrible gas when I have pudding and carbs.

I was still taking all my vits and wasnt having any issues until I added the protein and calcium back in. Believe me, i do get enough grease in. I also think I get my fair share of sugar, since its in my coffee creamer and hot chocolate mix, and wine...
I'll just have to tough it out I guess.
