WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.
Success in Maintenance starts with good choices during the Honeymoon Period!!!!!
I'm doing the Happy Dance....!! My scales showed 117 this morning. It has been a looooong time since I've seen that!! One under my normal range....YEAH! It probably won't stick but it's nice to see it!

good for you, Roz. I want to get back to there and am committed to it. Now that CARF is gone and I can exercise and control my diet better, I am serious about getting back to below 120. Had a great drive with Halley today. Had to drive on the road because we still are so wet, but it was warm and the sun was shining so I can't complain.

D - about 4 riblets from Red Robin and 2 french fries
Vits: no - I'm on cipro at the moment and it wants me to take it 2 hours before or 6 hours after my vitamins and I have to take it twice a day!! AND - can't take it around ANY calcium... geez... that's my whole day! So I decided I would lay off the vits until I'm done then get back on them. Perhaps I can take them right before bed...
