Hi :-) New to OH and the Lightweights Board
Welcome to the lightweight board, Stephanie.
As to how to figure your goal weight...mine was in this order:
1) To lose to my lowest adult weight (147 lbs)
2) To get to a normal BMI (145 lbs as I am 5'4") Notice that goal one and goal two were REALLY close together.
3) To go as low as I could so bounceback would not freak me out.
Many have a 1st goal of Onderland (breaking below 200) but since I hit 199 the day I signed into surgery, I had done that already. :)

I think your CW, current weight, must be wrong. Surely you aren't 326 right now.
Welcome to the LW's. You should have a date very soon and be on your way. congrats at jumping through all the hoops.

A goal weight can be completely arbitrary. Sometimes your surgeon will give you one. Mine wants me at 135. Sometimes it's a normal BMI. Sometimes it's a weight that we've been before that we really liked and felt good at. Sometimes we just pull it out of our ass. My advise has always been to pick a reasonable and reachable weight. Maybe a little higher then you really want in your heart of hearts but you know you could live with. My first goal was 140, which was a normal BMI for me at 5'3" and it was also a total of 100 lbs lost from my highest weight. My wildest dreams weight was 120, which was half of my highest weight. I had maintained at around that weight many years ago, for about a week, and I got a lot of positive feedback when I was that weight. Of course I was a hell of a lot younger then, too.
When I reached both those weights and kept losing I didn't worry because, as Liz said, it never hurts to have some bounce back room. Now I have plenty of bounce back room but no bounce back as of yet but I am ready :)

WELCOME to our LW Board!!!! I can't wait for you to start sharing your WOW's!!!
YEP Price is right. I think you need to adjust your current weight...LOL. While you are doing that if you could put your surgery type somewhere on your page it is helpful for us if you have any questions.

I have a slight typo in my weight stats... just off my 100 lbs.
It should read 236.6 to be exact.
As of yesterday evenings weigh-in it is 35.8.
I'm sure the "time of the month" didnt help with the numbers this week and I was also wearing jeans. hahaha
if only we could weigh in naked! :-)
Welcome! Yay, I get to use this smiley here for the first time!! ... yep, you can't just read the email notification as it won't show up! ;)
