I know how you feel.  My heart breaks for my son and his wife while they are trying to have a child.  The others are doing well, or at least they don't tell me if there are problems because I worry so much.  My middle daughter had some car problems last week and I was right there trying to fix things.  I went with her to the mechanic and he said it would cost $330.  She had just given them nearly $300 the week before so I told her to bring the car to my house and I would find somewhere that could fix it for less.  They heard me and the owner comes in and says they will do it for $200.  If I hadn't of been there she would have paid the $330 because she doesn't know what else to do.

My youngest is still in the teen angst stage and I am always worrying about her even though I know it's just the age and she will grow out of it.  I am always having to keep myself from trying to get in there and fix things for her because she needs to know how to do things for herself.  She is almost 18 and needs to learn how to do things and she won't if I keep doing them for her.  I am just not happy unless my kids are happy.  I would solve all their problems if I could and I know that probably wouldn't be the best for them sometimes.

It never stops no matter how old they get.  I have a hard time keeping my opinion to myself sometimes.  DH doesn't even try.

The job market is so bad right now still.  Maybe things will start looking up and he can find something.  I have several friends that just lost their jobs last week when a company here shut down and there is pretty much no industry in our town other than the schools and small companies.

I need to start walking/jogging again, but it is just so cold....
