Oops, copy and paste error from my post to Gina. She had posted that she also had had chili, so the suggestion was it should be declared international chili day.

Roz, congratulations on your perfect review-awesome!!

I'm glad Friday is finally here too!!  I'm hoping for a nice quite weekend.  DH and I are going to clean house really good tomorrow.  They are almost finished remodeling our second bathroom - I'll post pictures on facebook this weekend.  Everything in the house is covered in dust.

B;  Protein Decaf Coffee
S:  Decaf Coffee
S;  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
L:  Pork Roast, Roasted Veggies - this was delicious
S:  Lemon Tea Protein Drink
S:  Dannon Light & Fit Cherry Greek Yogurt
D:  Maybe more Pork Roast and Roasted veggies
S:  Protein Hot Chocolate

Vitamins:  Morning & Afternoon done
Water/Fluids:  80 ozs so far
Miles:  None

Roasted Veggies - I took Yellow crooked neck squash, brussel sprouts, broccoli florets, onions, turnip roots chopped them up to about the same size, poured a little olive oil over them, put salt & pepper on them and did a single layer in a pan - roasted in the oven on 400 for about 30 minutes - they were delicious.  I did cook them on parchment paper so I could just throw it away!!

I bought the things to cook this weekend so I can really get back on track.  Going to make some meatballs, pizza chips, more roasted veggies and carb quick cinnamon rolls.  I might do some flourless peanut butter cookies if I get all the other things done.

Dry wall dust is terrible!  I can't wait to see your bathroom pictures.  I love remodeling shows "love it or leave it"  is my favorite. I really enjoyed helping DD#3 decorate her new house but it gave me the itch to do something with mine.  I'd love to get new carpeting in my living room but then I would probably want new furniture...LOL.

Did you buy the 80 calorie yogurt?  I haven't seen cherry yet.

Good Menu!

I did buy the 80 calorie greek yogurt.  It was absolutely delicious and a lot easier than me mixing things into plain greek yogurt to make it taste good!!

I love to watch 'love it or leave it".  I watch HGTV a lot!!  We have tried to do one house/yard project a year for several years now.  The two bathrooms and the kitchen were probably the biggest ones we had done, but I love them!!

We haven't done anything to our house for quite a few years.  It was too hard with the girls taking turns moving in.  We are going to start this summer with new garage doors, redoing the flower beds, mulch and painting inside.  I'm putting the carpet on hold until the grandkids get a little older.

Went to water Zumba this morning.  the pool was warm but boy, its cold and windy here.  Hard to think about packing for 65 degrees when it's 20 here.  We leave for Las Vegas tomorrow to be gone for a week.  I am looking forward to the grand canyon and hoover dam, and some shows.
