WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Monday = Routine!!!! Some might thing of it as a rut but to me it's a way of life.

Hi Roz,
I have my cake decorating class tonight. We have to take a cake and 3-4 cups of icing with us. After class I will have a decorated cake to do something with.... I told DH I was not even going to bring it into our house. I'm going to take it by the Fire Department and let the guys have it!!
I'm so tired of feeling so far behind. I just can't seem to get myself caught up and I do work when I am at work, I just feel like a sinking ship sometimes. I didn't cook yesterday so food is a grab what you can today.

Giving your cake to the fire station is a great idea. Did you say before that's where your DH worked before he retired?

DD is opening another gym closer to Pittsburgh and I tell her the same thing. I don't know if the longer hours and stress is going to be worth it.

Spent the morning catching up on work stuff and going to the grocery. Not fun but we have stuff to eat now.
Driving Halley this afternoon then off to muscle pump. the scale was down 2 # this morning but I am still over my pre-vacation weight and that was over where I wanted to be. Still no carbing.

Well the snow settled here (it's not too bad though). I had to go out at lunch as I had my lunch at breakfast coz I left the pancakes @ home, I'm obviously losing it!! I wouldn't have gone out otherwise so I got a little walk at least. No idea how many steps as my pedometer is AWOL at the mo (somewhere in the house I think).
