Good morning. Any grazers out there?
Hi, my name is Gina and I'm a grazer. {sigh} Not a thoughtful grazer but a mindless grazer always needing something to put in my hands that automatically goes to my mouth.

Not usually but it certainly happens when I am stressed. Normally, my multi meals and protein drinks do the trick to keep me from reaching for more stuff. However, when stressed, I seem to eat non-stop from mid afternoon to protein shake before bed and am looking for something after that. Staying busy and away from the food is my best way of dealing with it. Knitting while watching TV keeps my hands busy.
I did see a list of various food and their carbs the other day and noticed that 3 c of popcorn had less carbs than an orange. REALLY??? I know fruit was high but all the stuff like apples, pears, oranges were in the 20 range.

3 c of popcorn - do you mean 3 cups?? That's a lot popcorn when compared to the orange!!

I CAN be a grazer... if I allow it, but tend not to. If I keep crackers and chips out of the house, then I'm good. It's the "carbs beget carbs" game with me.
I don't feel snacking on veggies as grazing, as that's usually a planned snack.

I'm ROZ and I AM a Grazer! It works for me as long as I keep junk food out of my house. I would rather take a bite here and there than to sit down and eat a meal. It might take me all day to eat my yogurt and all evening to eat my Dinner.
