Hi Roz,
Another short week for me. Tomorrow will be my Friday, since I have to decorate DGD#2's birthday cake for Saturday.
This is my 3rd day of staying on my plan. No weight loss yet. I wanted something to eat this morning and knew there was cake and junk at work so I stopped and got me a breakfast burrito from Sonic and ate the meat and eggs out of it- better than the cake...

You can do this Linda!!! I've been wondering about your Carbquick. It sounds really good. Is it cheese flavored or do you add the cheese.
Sounds Good!

I add the cheese.
It really has a bitter taste to it to begin with, but I'm so used to it now that I don't even taste it anymore. Guess that is kind of like getting used to artificial sweetners - I can't even taste the aftertaste anymore.
It is something good to use if you like breads and things like that but want a lot less carbs. I use the almond flour too, but it has more fats.
I knew it was Wednesday this morning, but somehow thought it was Thursday come home time!! :-( Hurry up weekend - I plan on sleeping as ever!! ;-)

Being house bound with the flu last weekend I am looking forward to getting out and doing something this weekend. I was wondering if the stores got any spring things in yet.
Sounds Good!

I know the stores here have spring stuff - even bathing suits. Big clearance on their winter stuff too.
Roz - I left a response under Gina's posting with info for you....
I need to make a real effort to get protein drinks in. My daughter has started drinking them too and found one that is gluten free, lactose free and 100% whey isolate as the ONLY protein ingredient. If anyone's interested, I'll get the info from her. It's all natural sweetened with Stevia too for those that can't tolerate artificial sweeteners.
B - nothing
S - cookies - think shortbread, only had 5g of sugar, so not too bad. The hospital didn't have anything else - and I did ask. Had crackers... ugh
L - wheat muffin with ham/egg/cheese my daughter made for me when we got home and COFFEE
D - probably the rest of the garlic parmesan tilapia - I thought it turned out awesome!
S - a few of the pieces of fish I didn't eat for dinner and some grapes
