WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

Woke up to a ton of snow this morning....ugh!!!!!!!! If it was Christmas I would be loving all of this white stuff but it's March and I'm really tired of it!!!!!

35 pounds of regain!!! 30 lost!!! Just a little more to go.
Bananas are about the only fruit I eat any more. They do have a lot of carbs but they keep me full for a very long time and I think they also help my go to the bathroom.

Our oldest group is getting a new dance for World's so I went to watch the Choreographer. Choreographers are really a "different" breed and really fun to watch. They will have two competitions to perfect it. My DD also had an open house and open practice day. In just the time slot that I attended there were over a 100 girls showed up and a lot of very interested parents.
We are expanding to the Pittsburgh area. We are trading floor space with a dance gym. My DD's are so excited! They have been wanting to expand but rent is so high in Pgh. plus you have to have a spring floor which costs $25,000 so until now this has only been a dream. She got approached by a Dance company owner who has been wanting the same thing. She will pull from our 300 girls and hopefully we will pull from the Pgh. area.
Sounds Good Linda! I think I'm going to make some flourless PB cookies and maybe try to make the cream cheese pancakes.

Ugh, snow, poor you!! I think the worst of the bad weather is behind us across the pond.
I was hungry today, but I focused on protein and fluids so I hope the scale is kind to me tomorrow ;-)

Hi Roz - I have a grouchy pouch for some reason today....
My daughter took me out today to Bed Bath and Beyond and Home Depot. I'm going to go stark raving mad if I can't drive for another 3 weeks... I have a feeling I'm going to anyway... I've got some guys coming over to do some stuff to the house this week and need to get back out and get some more stuff for it. The trip to Home Depot today wasn't as successful as I wanted it to be.
B - coffee w/creamer
brunch - Tried to eat a piece of pizza and filled up almost instantly, then went back and ate the rest about 2 hours later. I'm going to throw the other piece away.
D - 1/2 wheat quesadilla with my daughter with beans/cheese
