man, that is the hard way for sure. I'd love to lose 8 lbs but I don't think I am willing to catch the flu as the way to do it.

While losing the 8 lbs is a good thing...doing it by having the flu is one HARD way to do it.

Several people I know have had some really nasty flu stuff this year. 8 lbs is good... but NOT the way you had to do it.
I'm also ready for spring. We've had some sunshine the past few days, so that's nice. Cold though...
