I guess the flu is one way to drop rebound weight! 8lbs in 4 days. It's a great time to get my tool belt back on. With everyone being sick I am so ready for life to just get back to normal. Time springs forward this weekend. Bring on Spring~ ready for some sunshine!
Nothing tastes as good as this feels!

man, that is the hard way for sure.  I'd love to lose 8 lbs but I don't think I am willing to catch the flu as the way to do it.

Yep, bring on spring.

While losing the 8 lbs is a good thing...doing it by having the flu is one HARD way to do it.

Glad you are on the mend now...stay hydrated!

Glad you are feeling better.  Congrats on the 8 pounds - wouldn't want to lose it that way though!!

Hope your son is doing better also.

Several people I know have had some really nasty flu stuff this year.  8 lbs is good... but NOT the way you had to do it.

I'm also ready for spring.  We've had some sunshine the past few days, so that's nice.  Cold though...
