Happy Monday to you!! I have my cake decorating class tonight so I had to bring lunch and supper today. Did my walk at lunch so I'm set for the day.

I my DS
Years ago I made a cake for my grandparents 50th wedding anniversary. I've made several non-traditional wedding cakes.
I'm seriously thinking that it might be something I would enjoy when I retire and have the time to devote to it.
My knees are much better thanks. I guess I did too much too fast. I let them rest through the weekend. Walked Monday and walked and ran some yesterday.
I think our cake lady makes a pretty good living making cakes and if you really enjoy it that might be a great thing to do later on but you are way to young to think about retiring yet.

I'm going to be 60 in June. I've only been here 3 years and I still love my job so I can't see me retiring any time soon. DH really wants to retire next year but I don't think we could make it without him working.
