Well from my highest weight 189 to my weight today 139, 50 pounds! My weight has fluctuated from 140-145 since December. What a perfect day for the scale to read 139!  I'm looking forward to Sunday again , hoping that I will not see 140.  It has been a battle for me to eat right, I hope someday the struggle gets easier. Happy Hump Day🎉!

Great job congrats! I wish I could say the struggle gets easier but I cannot lie. Maintenance phase is the hardest! I am 3 1/2 years out and still struggle to stay below my magic number. It's all worth it though

I think the struggle gets easier but is always lurking, trying to come out and get us again.  I read an article about will power being like a muscle that with work and exercise, gets stronger.  that and the fact that they operated on our tummy, not our brain, means we have work to do, forever.  So keep on keeping on, get to goal, then keep on keeping on.  It is a life long journey.

Congratulations on the milestone. Keeping my fingers you don't see that 4 anymore.

As far as struggle, I can just contribute that after 3.5 years, I fell off the wagon for a long time and paid the consequence. Back in the saddle again though.

Congratulations!!  It is an easier struggle for me than it was before WLS and a lot easier to get back on track.

Hope you never see that 140 again!!!
