WARNING TO SELF AND TO ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN!!! AVOID 'BAD' CARBS AT ALL COSTS!!! THEY ARE ADDICTING!! THEY WILL SLOW DOWN YOUR WEIGHT LOSS DURING THE LOSING STAGE (and you won't even notice)!! THEY WILL MAKE THE SCALE GO UP AFTER THE HONEYMOON PERIOD IS OVER.

DH and I have been so fortunate to never have a job that we had to work weekends. I'm so happy it's Friday. The clocks change Sunday night so DH will leave for work an hour earlier. I love having that extra hour all to myself.

Our time changes Saturday night or early Sunday morning. I don't know how I am going to get up an hour earlier.....I can barely get here now close to time.

I have a hard time in the mornings too but it doesn't have any thing to do with the time change. I start doing things around the house or talking to one of the girls on the phone and I loose track of the time. I take the 7 yr. old to the bus every day and sometimes we miss the bus and I have to take her to school. Fortunately it's on my way to work.
Are fat free hot dogs any better than they used to be? They use to feel like rubber in my mouth.

Had a follow up consult today. All's good and I'm likely to be allowed iron infusions and vit D shots by my surgiversary this summer. They want them to drop a bit lower as the NHS doesn't believe in prevention - it's not my consultant's fault - those are the rules he has to go by, but he's doing his best to get me them sooner rather than later. I think they like you to be symptomatic to get them!!
