I find it best to not overfill the tray.  The pancakes easily last a week (I never had enough to stick around any longer) plus they also freeze well so I find it easier to make a big batch.

it's a beautiful spring day here and I think is suppose to be pretty all week.  I just got home from Zumba and I cleaned out the trailer this morning.  Now working on a driving apron to go with my new-to-me pink jacket to show in.  Working on a no bad carb day to clear my system from the weekend.

I hope your trip was a success and you got some relaxing time!

I made the Cinnamon Rolls and I think I'm going to have to stay away from them.  My scales have gone up 2 lbs!!
