Sometimes we NEED the fat. It's OK at home coz I generally make the effort to have cream in the fridge, but it can be a challenge getting enough fat on holiday.

Well... here goes.... snacky munchy day - again...
I went into myfitnesspal and attempted to start logging... didn't get very far..
Spring is TRYING to get here to stay... Yesterday was almost 80, today 60.. but it is better than the snow you guys had in the MidWest... My daughter is complaining big time and can't say I blame her!
B - coffee
S - atkins chocolate coconut bar
S - 1 serving cashews (yuk) got the lightly salted - maybe that was a blessing in disguise!
L - carrots
S - one of my team members brought me in a fruit cake - not like a Christmas one, but it has a crust with whipped cream and fruit all over it - I ate a small piece... but it wasn't really that bad for me - was it? :) She did ask before hand if I liked chocolate... uhh yea... but told her I'm trying to stay away from it!
D - now, if only I could skip it... but if I don't, I have a Smart Ones in the fridge that needs to be eaten. Spaghetti... Or maybe a protein hot chocolate?
