I always made a point of reading your posts when I saw your picture before and I didn't even know this new picture was you until I looked at your profile. You are doing great!! I had my surgery on June 2nd and I hope I do as well as you have. Anyway thanks for all the posts you leave, I really enjoy them. Love, Lisa H.

Hi Pat! I just have to tell you I love reading your posts! I love your sense of humor. I have your profile bookmarked so that I can keep up with your progress with you being a new post-op. I'm a pre-op awaiting insurance approval and love to keep up with anyone that has recently had surgery. Sounds like you're doing wonderful and I am so very happy for you.

PAT ~~ So good to see your smiling face on the board... you are such an inspiration... ~~May the light always find you on a dreary day.....When you need to be home, may you find your way....... May you always have courage to take a chance, and never find frogs in your underpants.

Hi Pat!! Just wanted to thank you so much for your bike/butt story!! I hope you weren't too embarassed when it happened, or did you just grin and bare it??? I'm sorry, no pun intended! :-) Anyway, you keep riding that bike and keep the stories coming. I hope to get back on my bike after my wls also. God bless!

Can all of us here at AMOS, give tons of hugs to Pat C. for making us smile and laugh at all her posts. You go girl, with the Tassle-free Pink Barbie Bike, LOL. Nobody said we have to look like Barbie but we can have a great time in life like her. Pat, I am so Stinkin proud of you. You sound like you are doing everything right and getting better and thinner everyday. Love You!!!!!!!!!

Pat - I LOVED your list of forums! So funny!! We need stuff like this - we have to poke fun at ourselves sometimes, or everything becomes way too serious. Thanks for a good laugh!

Pat, I'm so happy for you!!! Getting into your "real" jeans. I know that felt wonderful... WTG!!! Good luck on the remodel.

Pat - thanks so much for the kind words. Sometimes I can see a difference; at other times I wonder if I'm just seeing what I want to see. It really helps to have kind people like you help with that reinforcement. All the best. I've been following your journey!

I sometimes get the feeling that Oprah is so much against a surgical fix that she's going out of her way to show that no one needs it! How many times did she say so and so lost all this weight "without surgery"?????
