So had my 6 month follow up with my GP. I'm lower than my 2006 weight of 176 (post band). Had blood taken, curious to see those results.
found out I have low blood pressure 94/62...was told to eat more salt. I can totally do this!

Did a health screening at work and compared them with my pre-op numbers.
My waist is down by 12 inches and my cholesterol numbers are about 1/2 what they were pre-op!
