100 lbs gone.. Finally a year and a half later.. I hit it!

I have lost 100 lbs.  Yeah!  I know.. I said finally.. but I have been hovering within 10 lbs for about 5 months.  So this is a great feeling to finally see it on my scale.
Yes people.. u will one day get there..  hope faster than me.  57 more to go.. I can to this.  I would love to get it done by Xmas.. I'm gonna try.. but been really turtle lately.. Gotta step it up!

Okay.. sex is the best exercise on the planet.  I have been at the gym and playing hockey and the scale hasn't moved.  Sex activities are through the roof (welcome to the TMI part) and the scale has moved.  My food has not changed, no other changes.. just sex.  lol

Okay.. well not progressing like I had hoped.. but still shrinking.
I am happy and healthier.. and now wearing a 16w.  I am back at the gym and playing hockey again.  
Doing alot of work around the house and constantly moving if not at work.
Measurements.. some got smaller, some didn't.

Forgot my June Goals:

1.  Get out of the 220's
2.  Exercise 2000 minutes
3.  Drink more 120 oz a day of water.

 

May Update

I gained back 4 of the lbs that I lost while I was sick.  BUT because I have been eating McDonalds all week (every morning having a Chicken biscuit, without the biscuit) I have lost 3 of the 4 I gained back.  So I am pleased with that.

I haven't been back to the gym yet.  I have alot going on.  At work this is our busy season, plus I am volunteering with public television for an auction coming up.  I just started the MBA program at University of Phoenix, so I have that on my plate now too.  I am almost done painting my office at home.  I just have to do one more coat of trim.. and one most section that peeled off.. (gotta love plaster walls).

Other news.. I turn 30 on Tuesday (5/6/78)  I am actually looking forward to it.  It was shocking enough to try to convince people I was in my upper 20s.. it is going to be even funnier telling them I am 30. 

Still holding steady in a 18W bottom.. and various sizes of tops anywhere from 16-22 depending on the cut and brand.

I am going to be doing measurements tomorrow.. so I'll post how that is going this weekend.

Total fluke, but gotta love it!

A friend from the board sent me some capri's.  I was hoping to maybe get into them by the end of the summer.  They are size 14.  Truthfully if I see a 16 by the end of summer I would have been happier than ever.  But I tried them on.. the 14's fit.. I know they are "previously worn" aka stretched out lol, but it was nice to see that it wasn't so far away of an idea.  

So I guess what I am saying is.. just because the tag says it is.. doesn't mean it really is.. (which might be why I am sitting in size 22 jeans today when I had size 18 dress pants on yesterday?) lol

okay.. I am still sick.  Ran a fever of over 102 for 5 days straight.. finally got my temp under 100 just this morning. (day 6)  Still high at 99.8, but going down.  I can finally hear out of my right ear, and my face isn't feeling like it is going to explode at any minute anymore.  The drugs are kicking my ass and I think there might be steriods in them because I CAN'T SLEEP!  It sucks.. I am exhausted and all I can do is lay awake and stare at the ceiling.
On a brighter note, I have lost weight finally.. too bad it almost took my death to accomplish it.  (not really my death, but this is the sickiest I have ever felt)
I am at 221.5.. the lowest I have been in 10 years.  I am 6.5 lbs away from 100 finally!  I might actually see it.  I have been stalled for so long with the gall bladder and body shrinking but scale not moving that it shocks me that I may get there one day.  I have another 63.5 to get where I want to be.  It is doable.. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.  Not that this is a bad journey.. I am just not going as fast as I would like to be.. mostly by my own fault.. so I am not blaming the band.. plus I like the idea that I don't look sickly.

Well.. here is April.. I have been sick since Sunday.. so haven't been to the gym or anything.  But that is okay.. I need a break I guess.  Sinus infection and Strep Throat.  UGH.  I am going to hope to get to the gym tonight.. depends on how I feel.  My sinuses are kililng me right now.

Scale hasn't budged this week.. but once again.. I am okay with that.  My body is changing again though.. I am in an 18 pants.. and an 18/20 top.  I just might get my big ass into that dress for the wedding in July.  It is a 16.. not a 16W.. just a regular 16.. so we will see.  The top of the dress fits.. it is just my ass and hips that are the problem.. and a big problem at that.

I need to up my protein and also my water again.  Now that I am tighter, I find I am not drinking as much water as before.. not that it fills my upper pouch, I just find it fills me up unlike before.  As for the protein, I am not eating as much as I used to, so I am not getting in enough.  I am going to have to make some changes to my diet.

That is all I have to report for the moment.  I am going to have Greg (my husband) measure me this evening as I am behind a month now.

OKay here is the scoop.  I have successfully removed my head from my arse.
I went to the gym on Tuesday night
I went to hockey practice on Wednesday night
Thursday night I took off.
I went to the gym on Friday morning
I went to the gym on Friday night TOO!
I have lost 3 lbs this week due to all my hard work.  I am still being alittle bad on the food.. but I am not eating until I get sick anymore.  I have figured out how to eat and not piss off my band.

I am feeling good and very happy!

I am being a dumbass.  Seriously.  I have GREAT restriction.. so what am I doing now.. I am eating til I hurt.  How stupid is that???  I just don't think what I am eating before I get "full" is enough so I try to eat more.  

I haven't been to the gym.  Mostly because last week I was volunteering afterwork at the Public Radio station to raise funds.. and when I wasn't doing that I was at the Cleveland International Film Festival.  I saw 9 movies in 4 days.  All but one were really good.  My favorite was Roman De Gare.. it was in French.

I AM going to the gym tonight.. no ifs ands or buts about it.

On a side note.. I am kinda freaked out.. I haven't had a period since my gall bladder was removed on 2/4.  I took a pregnancy test on Sunday.. and it was negative.. but still no period.  I am going to wait til April and if it doesn't show, I will take another home test and if that says negative too, I will call my hoo-hoo doc and figure out what the hell is going on.

And NO, I dont want to be pregnant.

So let's hope I make it to the gym tonight, and let's hope I don't die when I get there lol
