Five Weeks Post-Op: A Random Daily Food Blog.

Breakfast: 3.5 oz of High Protein Greek Yogurt.
Snack: Special K Protein Water.
Lunch: 1 Hard Boiled Egg...only the white part.
Snack: 5 Small Protein Crackers.
Dinner: 3 oz of Baked Salmon w/ Lemon Juice and Pepper.
Before Bed: 5.5 oz Diet V8 Splash.
*Plenty of water throughout the day.

I'm feeling a little blah... I think I'll watch LA Ink and pat my chihuahua to cheer myself up. :)

I hope everyone is healthy, happy, and loved tonight...
