Taking all suggestions. I am a week away from my Bday " get me bodied" lol...just had to cut loose for a minute and do the Beyonce dance lol!!!... but serious. I want to look amazing and this week, well the past few weeks the weight loss has been going slow, I need a boost to get where I want to be by my birthday... I started this Journey over a year ago and despite all of the ups and downs one thing is constant "God is Good"... That will never change! So fam, I am open to any suggestions.. what have you tried what works! Come on vets I know you guys have some suggestions!

I know that it has been such a long time, since I have wrote anything but I am trying to do better, I never want to forget the people that have played such a significant and loving role in my success! You guys are great... I thank God for you all. Without him we could have been in the same old situation, but we are all very blessed. Sometimes it seems as things do not always go our way but we have to remember that everything happens according to his plan and in his time... so next time ur feeling upset about whats going on around you think about the situation and say... "Less of me Lord, more of You"! I guarantee that you will feel so much better!

Oh yeah Im down to a sexy 236 and wearing size 14 and some 16's

It has been a long time, and I really do promise to start doing better. Shaun where ever you are I beat you in our little challenge! LOL.. Ya girl is 250lbs and feeling well. Started this long journey at 370lbs and 120 lbs later I am happier than ever and I just know that God is not through with me yet!

101 LBS LIGHTER!!!!! I cannot believe that I have come so far in such a small amount of time!! I have been up and down during this journey and still have a long road to travel. I am truely blessed to have met each and everyone one of you!!! You guys have encouraged me to do awesome things and I hope that I have been a blessing to you all as well!!! I hope and pray that each of you are having an amazing journey as well!!! From 370 to 269!!! Wow... what can I say besides God is so good!!! He's not through with me yet!!!

Okay so I am feeling good!!1 I am down to 278... 8 pounds away from being down 100 lbs. I am super excited about that! I told myself that I wanted to do this by Christmas and I think that I am going to make it!!! Go Pink!!! If anyone else has any other suggestion or have found a meal plan that they like and that works please let me know. I am open to suggestions!

Okay IDK what is going on but SHAUN is still loosing and I am stuck at 289... Ladies I am starting to get real irritated.. Why isnt the scale moving... Help me out with any ideas and suggestion. Ladies I am counting on you b/c I'm taking one for the team!  Oh yeah Shaun dropped another 13 lbs this week!

- Okay... Gotta little friendly challenge going on with my friend s/n shaunkgolden. He thinks that he is going to catch me!!! But ladies we know that this can not and will not happen. He is down to 359 and I am at 289. He is trying to catch me before I make it to 250lbs. He has since went to 2 a day work outs. I have to up my game and go to 2 a days! Keep a look out I'm sure that we will both keep you posted!!!! Keep a look out for upcoming pics of the gorgeous Mz. Pink!!!!

i just weighed myself and this is the first time in years that I have weighed under 300 lbs. I went from 370 down to 293. I am so excited, I wanted to cry. I know that the average woman dosen't want to see 2 nothing on a scale, but for me that was an excellent achievement... I'm feeling great and God is so good!

Way to go losers!!!!

It has been almost 3 months since I had my surgery and I must say that I am looking good and feeling great!! I am down from 370 lbs to 302.... Wow, what a big difference. I know that I still have a long hard road ahead of me but I know that God will not leave my side!!! I love you all.  You have been a great source of support and reassurance as I have went through this whole process.  You guys are looking GOOOOOOOODDD!!! I have to post some new pics soon. Catch you guys later!!

Hey fam! Its been almost two months and I cant believe that I had my procedure. I am happy with the way that I am starting to look and just life in general! I feel strong in my apprerance and can tell that people are even starting to look at me different! I went from a miserable 370 to now weighing in at 314. Big difference for a big loser! LOL. I have a long road ahead of me and I know that it wont be an easy one, but with God on my side I just know that I can do anything!

To all the big losers: Keep up the good work.
