Late Weigh In

 OK, I weighed in Monday and I was the same weight. Now let me tell you why. LOL I went to Cleveland to see Mint Condition and I wasn't such a good girl. I ate chocolate chip cookies thanks to DoubleTree Hotel. Then I went to Bahama Breeze. Oh my, its one of my favorite restaurants and I ate. Fire-Cracker Jerk Shrimp shared with my best friend followed by Bahamian Seafood Chowder ate half, Cesar Salad ate half and 3 coconut shrimp. Oh did I mentioned we shared dessert: Chocolate Pineapple Upside Down Cake. This sounds like a lot but I did not eat that much. Now I have confessed my sins. I am home and back on track.

These are the things I am learning. I can have what I want and love just in smaller portions. If this was two years ago I would of ate all of that plus about two strawberry/pina colada's. I have come a long way and I will make it the rest of the way.  

So I was going to stress, yeah right, I don't do stress to much on the mind, body and soul. I wanted to weigh in at 230 by the end of March. I am 1.2 pounds away from reaching my goal. I want to scream, but I would not take anything back from this past weekend. I pray come this Monday, I will meet this goal and move on to the next one.
