Weigh In. This sucks.

Ok, I got on the scale and I am about 3 to 4 pounds heavier. WTH, how is this possible? I am still eating the same but I have added working out and weights 4 days a week. Yesterday, I did see a difference in my body. I'm tighter. So where do I go from here? Is it the muscle mass that has given me the few pounds? I am not going to stress, I am not going to stress, I am not going to stress.

I will continue doing what I have been doing and see what happends. I was told that it takes 8 weeks before you truly see a change in your body. Oh wee.
