I just made this again after a long break, and really enjoyed it.  So I thought I'd share it. Its a nice alternative if you get tired of crack slaw.

Hi All,

I just made this for the first time, and I liked it.  Below is the recipe.  I used ground beef, and I cooked the veggies and ground meat separately and then tossed them together with the pizza sauce.

Hi All,

I'm still trying to stay on track.  But I'm still having trouble sleeping at night, and I've been adding a 2AM snack of comfort food.  Humus and crackers or cheese and cracker or nuts.  Not terrible, but extra calories none-the-less.  S

I'm still dealing with high stress at home, and I've hit my upper limit for weight gain, so I'm going to have to stop comforting myself with food for a while.  I won't let the stress get the better of me!

Good morning everyone.
