Things are moving!!!

I met with Dr Regan on March 10th, 2009 which also is my little sister Trina's birthday.  My insurance(finally) covers the procedure!!!!!  Kicker is I have to wait 6 months,  but this has given me time to eliminate some bad habits slowly instead of cold turkey.  So I said good bye to Coke, caffeine and I'm working eliminating chocolate and snaking and working more exercise in.  I've just have to remain motivated and remember the goal in site.
