I fasted for 2 days to focus myself on what I need to be eating and what God wants for me in my eating and health. What does my body mean to me?
Am I healthy?
Am I letting my eating and body over take my world?
What can I do to be more Chist like?
What would Jesus do if he were in my shoes, bateling body image and weight??

I need to slowly add back in the foods I should be eating and stay away from those I should not be eating.

I need to eat for nutrition and eat well but not just because it taste good.

Being healthy is my goal. Being able to maintain my weight is GOAL!
It is not what is on the outside but what is on the inside and being healthy and having good nutrition.

Eating well and being good to my body, by what I eat is my goal for the next two months. We will see where I am in two months.  I can not make a goal of exercise right now because I am so busy with school and work and family and church. Just go for walks when I can and do the ab lounger.

I need to be getting a healthy about of sleep to and take care of myself. Devote more time for prayers and spiritule building reading.
