Thank you so much for your encouragement. I woke up this morning and was telling my husband that I am getting more nervous/anxious, and when I logged on and saw your message it just made me feel good. Thank you. I look forward to seeing how you do on this journery, and good luck with the liquid diet.

Thanks so much for the encouragement. I feel for ya starting the liquid. I have been on them the last two weeks. Its not fun but it gets easier so just hold on. I start clear on Sunday. I will be looking for ya on the losers bench!
