Gym update

I went this morning for my personal training appointment (I'm doing that once/week for 12 weeks).  I mentioned that I am disappointed with my weight loss in the last few weeks.  So we retested my body fat percentage, etc.  It made a huge difference to know that over that period, I have actually lost 7lbs of body fat, and I have added 3.8lbs of muscle.  So the scale only shows the net, which is minus 3.2lbs.  I'm pretty happy with that. 

can't wait to get to the century club!  and then to onederland!
